Professor Greg McNeal Speaks on Cryptocurrency and NFTs at Trusted X LA Summit

Professor Gregory S. McNeal spoke on cryptocurrency and NFTs at the Trusted X LA Summit held in Los Angeles. The summit, a gathering of top music, technology, and entertainment professionals focusing on digital assets from a tax, legal, risk, and investment perspective, was held at the Globe Theatre in downtown Los Angeles on June 15.

From the Trusted X LA program:

Cryptocurrency and NFTs have been a hot topic – and one that advisors with high net worth clients are looking for concrete guidance on. Many clients are heavily invested in the space, and are interested in creating and collecting NFTs. This has created a series of unique challenges from a tax, legal, and risk perspective. The slow roll-out of State and Federal legislation adds to the complexity.
