Professor Brittany Stringfellow Otey Named to Association of American Law Schools 2023 Pro Bono Honor Roll

Professor Brittany Stringfellow Otey has been named to the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) 2023 Pro Bono Honor Roll. The honor roll acknowledges and highlights the pro bono work of individuals who are engaging in, expanding, and supporting their law school community in providing pro bono legal service.

Professor Stringfellow Otey has served as the director of the Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic at the Union Rescue Mission for 20 years. The clinic provides free legal services to those experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. 

Professor Stringfellow Otey will be recognized at the 2024 AALS Annual Meeting, which will take place on January 2-6 in Washington, DC.
