Professor Alan Nissel presented "The Builders Remedy in Beverly Hills" on the Developer Panel at the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles: Housing Innovation Summit 2026 on May 18. The summit brought together leading real estate, land use, and civic leaders to explore innovative solutions to housing challenges across the Greater Los Angeles region. 

The event featured a keynote fireside chat with Pepperdine Caruso Law benefactor and alumnus Rick Caruso (JD '83), founder and executive chairman of Caruso.
