Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic Celebrates Summer Clerkship Program 2026

The Pepperdine Legal Aid Clinic, directed by professor Brittany Stringfellow Otey, completed another successful summer clerkship program. Pepperdine Caruso Law students Arshia Sagati, Benjamin Ruiz, Elise LaFrombois, Faith Chang, and Yuchen Qian participated in the program.

The students worked in the downtown clinic and at several pop up clinics throughout Los Angeles, serving clients from the Union Rescue Mission, Angeles House, Los Angeles Trade Tech College, Compton Dollarhide Community Center, among others. Caruso Law alum Kristian Washburn also returned to work in the clinic this summer, overseeing client cases and student supervision.
