Pepperdine Law Review Publishes Volume 52, Issue 1
The Pepperdine Law Review is pleased to announce that Volume 52, Issue 1 is published on Digital Commons. The issue features three articles: "eMortgage and Crypto-Mortgage in Home Finance" by Julia Patterson and Forrester Rogers; "Formulatory Apportionment: A New Framework for Personal Income Taxation" by Andrew Appleby; and "The Power of Procedure: Uncovering the Gap in U.S. Privacy Rights" by Bernard Chao and Mandy Abbott. The issue also includes the comment "Pleading with Particularity: Decoding When Computer Fraud and Abuse Act Claims Must Comply with Rule 9(b)" by Brooke R. Newman.
