Pepperdine Law Congratulates Katherine Van Meurs

Pepperdine Law is very pleased to congratulate its most recent bell-ringer in celebration of post-graduate employment success, Katherine Van Meurs! Katherine was joined in the festivities by Dean Paul Caron, members of the Deans' Suite and Administration Offices, and special canine guest, Josie Caron. Prior to ringing the bell, Katherine was sworn-in as a new member of the California State Bar.

Katherine has joined Weitz and Luxenberg, a civil plaintiffs' firm, as a case managing attorney. Katherine will be located in the firm's Los Angeles office, where she will handle asbestos-related cases. Katherine came to Pepperdine Law after graduating with honors from St. John's University with a degree in journalism. While at Pepperdine Law, Katherine enjoyed participating on the trial team and valued her internship with the Natural Resources Defense Council.
