Pepperdine Law Congratulates Ashley Robles

April 4, 2019 | Pepperdine Law congratulates its recent bell-ringer in celebration of post-graduation employment success, Ashley Robles! Joining Ashley in the festivities were Dean Paul Caron, Dean of Admissions Shannon Phillips, Career Development Associate Director Alexis Joyce, and members of the Career Development and Deans' Suite offices. A very special guest was Ashley's husband, Martin Robles.

Ashley's post-graduate employment is a paid fellowship position with the Orange County District Attorney's Office. She found out about the position through the Pepperdine Law Career Development Office.

As an undergraduate, Ashley attended Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington, where she completed a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. Following her undergraduate graduation, Ashley worked for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Volunteers of America, where she rehoused homeless families and veterans and their families, and the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, where she was a support staff member.  Ashley left her position at the City Attorney's office to attend Pepperdine Law.

While at Pepperdine Law, Ashley served on the Honor Board as Honor Board Investigator and as a Diversity Task Force Councilmember. Ashley also held externship positions with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office and the District Attorney's Office with the Major Crimes and Justice System Integrity Divisions.

Ashley is graduating in May with a Juris Doctor with a Criminal Law certificate. She has one son, aged 7. Congratulations, Ashley!
