The Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal (DRLJ) is one of Pepperdine Caruso School of Law’s specialized law journals, associated with the top-ranked and internationally recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. DRLJ collects, edits, and publishes cutting-edge legal research on matters of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Whether domestic or international, practical or theoretical, involving negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or other vehicles of ADR, in a world with no shortage of conflict, there is a corresponding bounty of scholarship to be done on the subject.
