Pepperdine Caruso Law Trial Team Secures Third and Fourth Place at the Chapman Challenge Mock Trial Competition

On March 29-30, 2025, the Pepperdine Caruso Law Trial Advocacy Program sent two teams to the Chapman Challenge, a mock trial competition hosted by Chapman University Fowler School of Law. Out of ten teams from around the country, one team of Caruso Law advocates—Conor Fairtlough, Garrison Murphy, Skylar Davis, and Wesley Higbee—secured third place overall.

Caruso Law's second team of advocates— AJ Thede, Caroline Hebert, Dalton Orsborn, and Kathryn Maker—secured fourth place in the competition.

Conor Fairtlough also brought home a Top 5 Outstanding Advocate Certificate and an individual award for his direct examination.

The Trial Advocacy Program congratulates the advocates on an excellent achievement.
