Pepperdine Caruso Law Team Competes in National Sports Law Negotiation Competition

Pepperdine Caruso Law students Matte Landau (2L), Matthew Hand (2L), and Jeremy Stern (3L) competed in the Thomas Jefferson School of Law National Sports Law Negotiation Competition. Competing against 36 total teams from law schools across the country, the team negotiated a complex multi-issue publishing deal for a prominent figure in women's college basketball and a long-term streaming deal for an American sports league.
