Pepperdine Caruso Law Congratulates Camille Cordova
Pepperdine Caruso Law is proud to congratulate its newest bell-ringer in celebration of post-graduate employment success, Camille Cordova! Camille was joined in the festivities by Dean Paul Caron and Courtney Caron, Dean Shannon Phillips, directors and members of the Career Development and Administrative Offices, the Straus Institute and Deans' Suite, and remotely and in-person by her classmates, friends, and family, including her parents, Adolfo and Teresa Cordova.
Upon graduation, Camille will be an associate at Royston, Rayzor, Vickery and Williams, LLP in the firm's Houston, Texas office. She began working for Royston Rayzor during her 1L summer in the firm's Brownsville office. Camille loved the firm's culture and cases so much that she returned to work there during her 2L summer.
Beginning January 1, 2023, Camille will serve as a law clerk for Judge Rolando Olvera of the Southern District of Texas, Brownsville Division. She was fortunate enough to intern for Judge Olvera in college, and he graciously offered Camille a clerkship position upon graduation.
Camille attended the University of North Texas for a B.A. Music where she concentrated in flute. She also earned minors in business, finance, and Spanish.
In addition to being a JD candidate at Caruso Law, Camille is also pursuing a Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution Certificate. During law school, has enjoyed serving as an Executive and Literary Citation Editor for Pepperdine's Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
Congratulations to Camille!
