Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic Wins 7th Case

June 12, 2017 | Pepperdine Law's Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic recently won its 7th appeal at the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals, located in Pasadena, California.  Pepperdine Law students Giuliana Magnasco (JD '17) and Ryan Chapman (JD '17) represented the plaintiff in the case of Aaron Hahn v. Doug Waddington et al, No. 15-35091, and received a memorandum disposition reversal. The Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic is headed by director Jeremy B. Rosen, a partner at Horvitz & Levy LLP.
