Nathan Okelberry (JD '09) Elevated to Partner at Fisher Phillips

January 2, 2018 -- Pepperdine Law alumnus Nathan Okelberry (JD '09) has been elevated to partner at the Los Angeles office of Fisher Phillips, an employment law firm.

Okelberry focuses his practice on employment litigation, with an emphasis on defending businesses, from startups to large corporations, against disability access claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He defends clients against discrimination, harassment, retaliation and termination claims and wage and hour matters. Okelberry also advises employers concerning wage and hour matters, employee leave management, internal investigations and other day-to-day employment and legal issues. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law (2009) and his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2004).
