Mitchell J. Moses (JD '09) Joins Duane Morris LLP as Corporate Partner

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Mitchell J. Moses (JD '09) has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Moses will be opening Duane Morris’ new location in Fort Worth, Texas, which will operate in tandem with its Dallas office.

Moses represents businesses, public entities and financial institutions in matters related to property, technology, governance and finance. He is called upon both for day-to-day counsel and in connection with significant corporate events.

“I’m excited to be part of an entrepreneurial organization that will enable me to expand my practice and provide a comprehensive platform for my clients. The vision Duane Morris has for Fort Worth is something that I just had to be a part of,” added Moses. “I’m particularly looking forward to working with my talented colleagues, Randy Gordon and John Polzer, and all of the great Duane Morris lawyers in Texas and around the country.”

Moses is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D., 2009), Acton School of Business (M.B.A., 2006) and Texas Tech University (B.B.A., 2005). Prior to joining Duane Morris, Moses was a shareholder at Underwood Law Firm, P.C.
