Marni E. Byrum (JD '79) Named President of the Virginia State Bar

June 20, 2019 | Pepperdine Law alumna Marni E. Byrum (JD '79) has been named as the 81st president of the Virginia State Bar. Byrum practices at McQuade Byrum PLLC, focusing on labor, employment, and personnel law.

Via the Virginia State Bar announcement:

A 1976 graduate of Virginia Tech, she has served on its Alumni Board, the President's Advisory Board and the Dean's Round Table for the College of Arts and Sciences, and currently serves on the Dean's Round Table for the College of Science. She earned her JD from Pepperdine University in 1979.
