John Bamford (JD '03) Elevated to Shareholder at Nevers, Palazzo, Packard, Wildermuth and Wynner, PC

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus John Bamford (JD '03) has been elevated to shareholder at Nevers, Palazzo, Packard, Wildermuth and Wynner, P.C. (NPW). NPW is based in Westlake Village, California.

John is an experienced, successful litigator who has prosecuted and defended complex business disputes in federal courts, state courts and in arbitration. Since joining NPW in 2017, John Bamford has successfully defended numerous complex business litigation cases, including obtaining a compete defense verdict for a financial advisor alleged to have mismanaged client accounts in 2019, obtaining a favorable settlement for a business owner against multi-million dollar claims of fraud and misappropriation of intellectual property in 2020 and in 2021, obtaining a complete dismissal of alter ego claims against owners of a distressed company who were facing personal liability for judgments entered against the company. In addition, John advises and defends employers in various employment matters. John also has considerable
specialized experience representing investment advisors and broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations and enforcement proceedings.
