Janelle Davis (JD '07) elected partner at Thompson & Knight (Dallas)

February 26, 2016 -- Pepperdine Law alumna Janelle Davis (JD '07) has been elected partner at Thompson & Knight LLP in Dallas.

Janelle Davis, Trial, Dallas:

Janelle focuses her practice on mass tort, products liability, aviation, advertising, business litigation, and oil and gas litigation. She represents commercial airlines in litigation arising from passenger claims and product manufacturers in products liability litigation. She has also represented companies in class action litigation over the validity of claims made on product labeling and in advertising materials. Janelle's experience managing mass tort cases includes coordination with national and discovery counsel, expert witnesses, and trial counsel. She also has experience making and implementing strategic decisions throughout a case and drafting dispositive and Daubert motions. She has been selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars® by Thomson Reuters (2013-2015).
