In Memoriam: Marie P. Montefusco (JD '87)

November 11, 2015 -- Pepperdine Law alumna Marie P. Montefusco (JD '87) recently passed away in Salt Lake City, Utah.  An excerpt from her obituary in The Salt Lake Tribune reads:

I graduated from the University of Utah in 1984, with a degree in communications. I continued my quest for knowledge by attending Pepperdine University, where I received a Juris Doctor degree in 1987. After graduating from Pepperdine, I relocated to Florida, where I practiced law for over 20 years. I was a proud member of the Florida, California, and Utah Bar Association.

My passions in life included skiing, reading, spending time with family and friends, and spending time in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Utah. After living in Florida for many years, I relocated to St. George, Utah and was fortunate to spend my last years on this earth surrounded by the beautiful Red Cliffs and desert of Southern Utah.
