Honorable Consuelo Maria Callahan to Deliver Commencement Ceremony Address

Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law is pleased to announce that the Honorable Consuelo Maria Callahan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will give the commencement addresses this year. Judge Callahan will be speaking at both commencement ceremonies which will be held for the Class of 2021 on Friday, May 21, and the Class of 2020 on Saturday, May 22.

Judge Callahan graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in 1972, from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law with a J.D. in 1975, and from the University of Virginia School of Law with an LL.M. in 2004. She was nominated to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit by President George W. Bush on February 12, 2003, and confirmed unanimously (99-0) by the United States Senate.
