Gary M. Miller (JD '93) Appointed to Florida Board of Bar Examiners

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Gary M. Miller (JD '93) is among four new members appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners. The Board of Bar Examiners is responsible for handling matters of bar admission. Miller's term of office will extend through October 31, 2028.

Miller received his law degree from Caruso Law, and his bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. He recently retired as an enforcement attorney after 22 years with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
