Eric Garcia (JD '08) Appointed Shareholder at Polsinelli Law
Pepperdine Law alumnus Eric Garcia (JD '08) has been appointed shareholder of national law firm Polsinelli in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Eric is an intellectual property attorney with a hybrid practice in patent prosecution and litigation. He is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience in prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electrical arts and has counseled clients of all sizes on matters relating to patents, trademarks, licensing, joint development, IP strategy, and litigation. Eric is also a seasoned litigator and has practiced in Federal District Courts throughout the country, as well as before the International Trade Commission, litigating matters involving targeted advertising, touch capacitance sensing, payment systems, digital tuning, haptic feedback, network architecture, water treatment, and manufacturing processes.
