Derek Muller Quoted in "ABA Can't Consolidate Law School Accreditation Suits" -- Bloomberg Law

August 2, 2018 -- Professor Derek Muller is quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, "ABA Can't Consolidate Law School Accreditation Suits."  The article considers the ruling by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation that the ABA cannot consolidate three law suits alleging its law school accreditation standards are arbitrary and violate due process.
