The Dean's Speaker Series continues on Thursday, March 11, at 12:45 Pacific, with Professor Eugene Volokh of UCLA Law. During this special event, Professor Volokh will present "Protecting Free Speech in 2021 and Beyond." The discussion will include all of the following and more: Should social media platforms be limited in their power to delete speech they dislike? Should employees be protected against private employers' for speech? How, if at all, can the legal system deal with libel, invasion of privacy, "harassment," or "bullying," online and off?
