Daniel T. Pascucci (JD '93) Joins McDermott Will and Schulte

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Daniel T. Pascucci (JD '93) has joined McDermott Will & Schulte as a partner in the firm's San Diego office.  Previously, he was a member at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo PC. Pascucci specializes in complex cross-border asset recovery, fraud investigations, and high-stakes litigation.
