Dane Ball (JD '05) named to Under 40 Hotlist - Benchmark Litigation

August 15, 2017 -- Pepperdine Law alumnus Dane Ball (JD '05) has been named to Benchmark Litigation's Under 40 Hotlist - South.  Ball practices white-collar defense and investigations at Smyser Kaplan & Veselka, LLP, located in Houston, Texas.  Smyser Kaplan & Veselka recently won a complete acquittal in a Louisiana insider trading case, during which Ball cross examined government witnesses and presented the defense's trading expert.
