Cole F. Morgan (JD '14) Joins Kane Stuart LLP

February 26, 2019 | Pepperdine Law alumnus Cole F. Morgan (JD '14) has joined the law firm Stuart Kane LLP. Cole is located in the firm's Newport Beach office.

Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce Cole F. Morgan has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Real Estate group.

Cole focuses his practice on the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law. He handles all aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, including negotiation and drafting of agreements, leases, conducting due diligence, and advising on legal and compliance issues.

Cole also assists clients involved in the cannabis industry with commercial real estate and corporate needs, including vertically integrated companies.

Prior to joining Stuart Kane, Cole practiced corporate and commercial real estate law with Madden, Jones, Cole & Johnson.

Cole received his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Western Oregon University.
