Federal Judge Andre Birotte, Jr. (JD '91) speaks to Government Lawyer Seminar class

October 21, 2015 -- U.S. District Court Judge Andre Birotte, Jr. (JD '91) spoke to Professor Ordin's Government Lawyer Seminar today on the topic of the Duty of the Public Prosecutor. Judget Birotte, former United States Attorney and Los Angeles County Public Defender, brought his unique perspective to the critical national and local issues of prosecutorial discretion and fairness. Judge Birotte co-taught the class with Professor Andrea Ordin, who has also served as the United States Attorney, the Los Angeles Assistant District Attorney, and as Los Angeles Police Commission President.
