Celebrating the First Class of Student Associates
February 1, 2019 | On January 31, Dean Gash opened his home to 1L students who were the first class to join the new Student Associates Program. To help celebrate this new class, members of the Board of Advisors and the Dean's Council were invited to attend along with the School of Law's most loyal friends and donors.
More than seventy students guests gathered at twilight for this giving celebration. Board of Advisors member Terry Adamson was among the evening's guests and commented, "I think it was a big success and so wise to get students involved with giving early on."

After the reception, first-year Student Associate Jessica Linton said, "The reception was a great event! It was so inspiring to hear the alumni talk about their reasons for giving back, and to feel that we were the first class enacting this program to build connections not just with alumni, but with our roots as Pepperdine students. I definitely look forward to more events like this in the future - the networking was invaluable, and the time with friends outside of the classroom was amazing!"
