Brooke Newman Wins 2024 Sorenson Memorial Writing Award
The Pepperdine Law Review is pleased to present the 2024 Sorenson Memorial Writing Award to rising third-year student, Brooke Newman. The Ronald M. Sorenson Memorial Writing Award is presented each year to the member of law review who submits the most well-written, thoroughly researched, and intellectually engaging comment or note.
Newman received the Sorenson Award for her article, "Pleading With Particularity: Decoding When Computer Fraud and Abuse Act Claims Must Comply With Rule 9(b)" which will be published in Volume 52 of the Pepperdine Law Review.
The Pepperdine Law Review congratulates Newman on her accomplishment.
