The lecture was subsequently broadcast by a major legal news media "the Rule of Law and News" online with 224,000 viewers).

BIAC Deputy Secretary General Dr. Fuyong Chen opened the program with a presentation recounting the history of the relationship between the Straus Institute and BIAC, including the involvement of Professor Stipanowich and Professor Peter Robinson in the development of BIAC's mediation program and the training of mediators as well as a co-sponsored video-conference exploring the interplay between mediation and arbitration. In addition, former BIAC Secretary General Madame Wang Hongsong was an active member of Straus' Board of Distinguished Advisors.
