Autumn Visser (JD '08) named Principal at Woods Rogers PLC (Virginia)

ROANOKE, Va., (Mar. 2, 2016)—Woods Rogers PLC has named Autumn R. Visser a Principal in the firm. Autumn is a member of the Business and Corporate Law group where she concentrates on contract drafting and negotiation, general corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Autumn also works on anti-trust concerns, credit union compliance matters, employment benefits, government contracts, intellectual property, licensing, and real estate.

Prior to joining Woods Rogers in 2014, Autumn spent five years in-house as Corporate Counsel for a global consumer products manufacturing company headquartered in the U.S. with offices in Australia, Canada, France, and South Africa. In this role, Autumn managed the legal functions for seven diverse business lines and was the key contact for all outside counsel.
Autumn earned her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, Calif., where she worked on the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges and was a founding member of the Legal Waves. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Northern Iowa, where she studied Communications/Public Relations with a minor in Journalism.
