Ashley R. Fickel (JD '04) Selected for Los Angeles Business Journal's 2023 Leaders of Influence

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Ashley R. Fickel (JD '04) has been selected for the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Leaders of Influence: Litigators and Trial Attorneys" list for 2023. Fickel is the leader of the financial services litigation group at Dykema Gossett PLLC.

Fickel is the leader of the firm’s financial services litigation practice group. In his practice, he represents financial institutions, manufacturers, and a diverse group of businesses in complex legal disputes. He manages cases from intake to appeal and leverages his formidable advocacy skills to defend businesses facing individual and class action claims involving consumer financial services, consumer fraud, privacy, products liability, catastrophic injury, and complex business disputes.

Fickel earned a J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from Westmont College.
