Alex Tabolsky (JD '17) Appointed Assistant Vice President of Legal for The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc.

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Alex Tabolsky (JD '17) has been appointed as assistant vice president of legal for The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. In this role, Tabolsky will be responsible for supporting the company’s strategies, policies and procedures for growth and development, working alongside the company’s executive and senior leadership teams. Tabolsky will also provide a broad range of in-house legal services, including oversight on all legal activities associated with the company, as well as strategic and practical legal advice on a broad range of corporate, real estate, leasing, licensing, management and contractual issues.

The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. is a global hospitality company that develops and operates upscale and polished casual, high-energy restaurants and lounges and provides hospitality management services for hotels, casinos and other high-end venues both in the U.S. and internationally.

Prior to joining The ONE Group, Tabolsky practiced as an associate at the Los Angeles-based law firm of Novian & Novian, LLP from 2017 to 2022, where he developed a niche practice including counseling restaurateurs, bar owners, commercial landlords, hoteliers, hospitality-facing technology companies and other hospitality businesses.
