ABA Ed Mendrzycki Essay Contest 2019

Due: February 15, 2019 |For Innovative Research and Writing on Lawyers' Professional Liability. Sponsored by the Standing Committee on Lawyers' Professional Liability of the American Bar Association.

The American Bar Association is pleased to offer a cash prize of $5,000 plus an all-expense-paid trip to Miami, Florida to attend the Committee's National Legal Malpractice Conference to receive the prize.

The contest is open to law students and young lawyers and seeks to encourage original and innovative research and writing in the area of legal malpractice law, professional liability insurance and loss prevention. Contestants are asked to respond to a hypothetical situation described on the Contest's website.
