David Feingold, Executive Director
A graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, David Feingold is responsible for the operations and management of the Palmer Center. He also mentors Palmer students and continues to develop and implement the Center's vision and strategy.

Mark Kubisch, Faculty Director
A graduate of Notre Dame Law School, Professor Mark Kubisch oversees the academic, research, and strategic initiatives of the Palmer Center. His research focuses on the intersection of corporate law, securities law, and the rights of human investors, and has been cited by the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and in expert testimony before the United States House Committee on Financial Services.
