David Feingold, Executive Director
A graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, David Feingold is responsible for the operations and management of the Palmer Center. He also mentors Palmer students and continues to develop and implement the Center's vision and strategy.
Alan Nissel, Faculty Co-Director
Professor Nissel's research focuses primarily on property and international law. This research reflects both his practical experience in real estate and his academic training in international law. Prior to joining the Pepperdine faculty, Professor Nissel was (and continues to be) a principal of Wilshire Skyline, a real estate development and management firm based in Los Angeles. Professor Nissel teaches property and international law courses.
Ahmed Taha, Faculty Co-Director
Ahmed Taha received a JD and a PhD from Stanford University. He is currently a member of the Palmer Center faculty, as well as the Center's Faculty Director.
Monica Welsh, Program Coordinator
