Victoria Schwartz is the director of the Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law program at Pepperdine Caruso Law. She practiced as a litigation associate at a Business Trial and Litigation Practice at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Century City. Professor Schwartz's practice focused on complex and appellate litigation, contract law, entertainment law, and intellectual property.
Maureen Weston has been the faculty advisor for Straus Institute's Entertainment, Media & Sports Dispute Resolution Project for the past four years. Professor Weston practiced law with Holme Roberts & Owen and Faegre & Benson in Colorado, prior to joining Pepperdine. Professor Weston is co-author of casebooks on sports law and arbitration and has written numerous articles in the area of Olympic and International Sports Arbitration, disability law, sports law, and dispute resolution.
