Pepperdine Caruso Law Celebrates London Program Grand Reunion
On October 5, Pepperdine Caruso Law London Program alumni celebrated the first-ever grand reunion commemorating 43 years of the program. It was a joyous occasion hosted by Jim and Joline Gash that even featured extra fog! Caruso Law alumni who hadn’t been back to campus in decades returned to enjoy a very British brunch and reminisce with their fellow London Program friends, colleagues, and classmates.
Professor Colleen P. Graffy, the program’s founding director, addressed the community that she led and cultivated for 35 years. She recounted the program's founding and led a trivia match with Hung Le, senior vice chancellor for alumni affairs, to test alumni on their memories of the London Program.
Associate dean of global programs Jeffrey R. Baker commented, “The London Program has been a beloved and extraordinary experience for generations of law students. I was pleased to see so many returning alumni at the reunion. I am proud to help steward the program now as the associate dean for global programs and am grateful for generous alumni support to sustain it."
