Jimmy Azadian (JD '01) to Argue Before an En Banc Panel of the Ninth Circuit

September 20, 2018 | Pepperdine Law alumnus James Azadian (JD '01) will be arguing before an en banc panel of the Unites States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on September 27, 2018, at 1pm at the Pasadena Courthouse (125 S. Ground Ave.). The argument will be live-streamed on C-SPAN, and the Courthouse will be open to the public.

It is a rare occurrence that the Ninth Circuit takes a case en banc and even more rare that a Pepperdine alumnus is privileged to argue before such a panel.

Azadian was recently recognized as a Pepperdine's 40 under 40 honoree.
