Brian D. Fahy (JD '09) Promoted to Partner at Morgan Lewis

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Brian D. Fahy (JD '09) has been promoted to partner at Morgan Lewis. Fahy practices in the firm's Los Angeles office and represents employers in employment-related litigation in US state and federal courts, including wage and hour class, collective and representative actions, trade secret and noncompetition claims, and single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Fahy also provides advice and counsel in several areas including, but not limited to, wage and hour compliance, drafting and enforcement of arbitration agreements, and non-competition/non-solicitation agreements.
