Colten Stanberry
Managing Director
Colten Stanberry is an appellate advocate at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty and alumnus of Caruso Law, where he graduated as valedictorian and served as Editor in Chief of the Pepperdine Law Review. Prior to returning to Caruso Law, he clerked for the Honorable Allison Jones Rushing of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Lavenski Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and practiced law at both Becket and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. His current research interests focus on structural components of the religion clauses.

Allyse Wesolowski
Assistant Director of Operations
Prior to joining the Pepperdine Caruso Law staff, Allyse Wesolowski received her M.A. in philosophy from California State University under the supervision of Mark Balaguer. Throughout her time there, she did a tremendous amount of work studying matters of theology, ethics, and metaphysics. Allyse hopes to support the growth of the Ken Starr Institute while she serves as the institute's Assistant Director of Operations.
