Trey Childress elected to American Law Institute


Professor Trey Childress

Professor Donald Earl (Trey) Childress has been elected to the American Law Institute (ALI).  The ALI is an independent organization that produces scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law.  Professor Childress joins fellow Pepperdine Law professors and deans Jack Coe, Tom Bost, Rick Cupp, Grant Nelson, Ron Phillips, and Deanell Tacha as a member of ALI.
