Straus Institute Offers Global Mediating the Litigated Case in Switzerland

The Straus Institute at Pepperdine University has been at the forefront of teaching dispute resolution for over 35 years, and now its popular Mediating the Litigated Case (MLC) professional training program is going global, launching on September 18-22. In the first-of-its-kind Straus MLC Global, Straus distinguished faculty, featuring internationally-recognized dispute resolution experts, will come together in the historical and inspiring Château d'Hauteville in beautiful Vevey, Switzerland, to equip course participants with timely negotiation and dispute resolution skills to advance their professional goals.

The MLC Global program offers a unique opportunity to learn cutting-edge dispute resolution and negotiation strategies and best practices, from experienced lawyers and professionals. Course participants will learn advanced techniques required to deepen their dispute resolution and negotiation skills through lectures, small group discussions and practice exercises. The program will additionally include a unique roundtable discussion addressing cross-cultural issues in dispute resolution, as well as excursions to local landmarks.
