Professor Thomas J. Stipanowich has published the fourth edition of the dispute resolution textbook, Resolving Disputes: Theory, Practice, and LawVarious parts of the textbook have been used in the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution's negotiation, mediation and arbitration classes for many years. For this edition, Professor Stipanowich is joined by co-authors Jay Folberg, Dwight Golann, Jennifer Reynolds, and Amy J. Schmitz.
