Professor Shelley Saxer Speaks at ALI-CLE Eminent Domain Land Valuation Conference

Professor Shelley Ross Saxer spoke on two panel presentations at the 2019 ALI-CLE Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Conference. Professor Saxer addressed the topics of "Earth, Wind, (Water), and Fire: A Report from the Front Lines of the Flood and Wildfire Inverse Cases," and "'Knick' of Time - A First Look at the Supreme Court's Revising Ripeness: Are Takings a State or Federal Question." The conference took place in Palm Springs, California, on January 24-26.
