Professor Maureen Arellano Weston participated in the panel, "NCAA v. Alston: Will Amateurism Survive?" that examined pending antitrust litigation regarding NCAA rules banning payment to college athletes.  The conference was hosted by the ABA Section on Antitrust and Amateur Sports, with with moderator Bryan Bloom, New York Assistant Attorney General, Professor Michael Carrier, Rutgers Law School, Professor Gabe Feldman, Tulane Law School, and attorney Sathya Gosselin, Hausfeld LLP.
