Professor Colleen Graffy Presents Multi-Stakeholder Solutions for Strengthening Georgia's Democratic Narrative

Professor Colleen P. Graffy's address on "Multi-stakeholder Solutions for Strengthening Georgia's Democratic Narrative" was presented at the Tbilisi Palace of the Parliament of Georgia on September 24, 2018. Professor Graffy was invited by the Chairperson of the Foreign Relations Committee, Sophie Katsarava, Member of the Parliament of Georgia (pictured). Georgia seeks a closer relationship with both the European Union and NATO and struggles with disinformation and other challenges from Russia. Russia currently occupies 20% of Georgia's sovereign territory including the occupied regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
