Professor Barry McDonald Interviewed on Supreme Court Confirmation Hearings

Professor Barry P. McDonald was interviewed on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation News Network television program, The Andrew Nichols Show, regarding the crisis of legitimacy of the U.S. Supreme Court in light of the recent confirmation hearings and the political polarization of the Court.  The program originally aired on October 5.
