Mark Scarberry Quoted in Variety on Weinstein Co. Bankruptcy

Professor Mark S. Scarberry is quoted in the Variety magazine article, "Weinstein Company Bankruptcy Would Be a Costly, Drawn-Out Mess."  The article examines the potential effect on banks, investors, creditors, and sexual harrassment victims if the Weinstein Company files for bankruptcy.
