Biography

Professor White is an alumnus of Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2015.  While at Pepperdine, Professor White served as the Business and Production Editor of Pepperdine Law Review, received the Parris Award for Excellence in Service, and was a Faculty Scholar.  Prior to teaching at Pepperdine, Professor White clerked for the Honorable Bobby R. Baldock of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 2015-2017 and for the Honorable Joel M. Carson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from 2018-2020.  Professor White also served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Mexico from 2020-2022, where he prosecuted federal criminal cases before both the Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
