Professor Colleen Graffy Participates in Global Security Conversation

Professor Colleen Graffy moderated the presentation "The Global Security Context: A Conversation" with Levon Izoria, the Minister of Defense of Georgia, and Andrea Thompson, the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and National Security. The 4th annual Tbilisi International Conference, titled "World in 2018: Upside Down?," was held in Tbilisi, Georgia on September 11-12.
